Accommodation:

Our aim is to provide peace of mind so owners are safe in the knowledge they are leaving their pets where they will be well cared for. 

Our guests are our top priority and we have designed our cattery to ensure their stay is in a safe, hygienic environment. 

We have ten double size units, two full height for our less active guests and eight Penthouse style chalets, each with its own ladder.

These units can sleep two to three cats from the same home very comfortably. All the units meet the minimum size requirements set down by the Feline Advisory Bureau (FAB).

The design of these units allows privacy to our shyer visitors, they have individually heated sleeping areas and a large exercise run which opens onto a safety corridor. This allows the more nervous cats time to get accustomed to their new environment before they are confident and secure enough to join their neighbours in the runs for a spot of bird watching or in the evenings rabbit watching! This design is also very hygienic, as it allows separation of sleeping, toilet and play areas.

The exercise run is covered and depending on the weather we have large perspex covers to the outer mesh which ensures there is protection from the wind and rain. In the summer months this perspex is removed to allow the cats to feel as outdoor as possible and to bask in the sun!

Each unit is also fitted with perspex sneeze barriers. These help to prevent the spread of infection from one cat to another but also allow the cats to keep an eye on their feline neighbours and see what they are up to! This can be great fun to watch, especially when one cat is having fun with a ping pong ball with the help of both next door neighbours! All this stimulation minimises boredom.

The runs are situated in a garden setting where we have close and easy access at all times.
